Welcome to LEO ♌︎ season, y'all! 

While cancer asks us to feel, Leo asks us to shine. Leo is ruled by the sun and is turning up the heat in bold and creative ways. Less performing, proving and chasing and more embodying, trusting and taking up space.  

In a world that is dominated by systemic abuses of power, Leo calls us to cultivate our personal power - inherent power that cannot be given or taken away, unapologetic power that answers to no one, power that leads from the heart. 

Leo season asks us to remember who the fuck we are and reclaim our power. As Mama Indigo reminds us: "You are not thrown into the fire. YOU ARE THE FIRE"  

Join me this Thursday July 24 at 12EST/9PST for some fiery moon medicine as we celebrate the new moon in Leo.  

Movement for the Movement is a free form embodied experience designed to disrupt old patterns, release stuck energy and allow us to discover freedom and expression. Guided by our senses, intuition and creativity, we will explore a movement language that goes beyond expectations and unlocks our creative potential. It will be an ecstatic and cathartic experience of the body, mind and soul.

• A journal + pen (you might want to reflect after)
• Anything else to support your body and your experience
