👉 First, Trump’s crew said they had to fire 83,000 VA workers.

👉 Then, they walked it back – said 30,000 would do. 🫠

👉 Now, they’re using backdoor tricks: hiring freezes, forced retirements, quiet pushouts. The result? 17,000 gone already. Another 12,000 by fall.

And they’ve got the nerve to say it won’t hurt vets' access to their health care. Ask any vet stuck waiting months for a claim or an appointment! 😡

Here's the thing: Docs and nurses are doing paperwork because the admin staff is gone. And while the workforce shrinks, the number of vets needing care is only rising. This is a recipe for disaster.

This is all part of Trump's plan. Slashing jobs. Gutting Medicaid and SNAP. Letting rural hospitals die. All to chip away at the system that's supposed to support the folks who've sacrificed so much to keep us all safe.

What are they trying to do? Trump and his buddies want to replace these programs with a patchwork mess of red tape, fees, and for-profit care. That means worse care for vets and fat profits for insurance companies and private contractors.

Trump, his VA secretary Collins, and the rest of that crowd have never given a damn about veterans. This was never about saving money. It’s about making their rich pals richer off the backs of vets and taxpayers.

Here in PA, the VA is our biggest federal employer. Trump’s mess is hitting us HARD, so that's why I'm reaching out to you, John.

I need you to join us in the fight to save the VA and make sure that when vets can't get the care they need – they care they've EARNED – everyone knows exactly who's to blame.
