The Justice Department’s Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime, is pleased to announce the following Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs).
We encourage you to review the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide [ [link removed] ] and visit the JustGrants Application Submission Training page [ [link removed] ] to find step-by-step instructions to guide you through the entire funding application process.
Additionally, on-demand, pre-application videos about the mechanics of applying and details on the programmatic areas of the NOFOs will be posted to our Funding Webinars page [ [link removed] ] as they become available.

This NOFO will provide funding to support the development, expansion and strengthening of victim service programs for all victims of crime throughout the United States and its territories in the following categories: Services to Child and Youth Victims; Services to Victims of Elder Abuse, Fraud, and Exploitation; Services to Other Crime Victims.
*OVC FY25 Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program Development and Operation Guide (Second Edition)* [ [link removed] ]

This NOFO will provide funding to support the updating of the OVC Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program Development and Operation Guide to ensure the field of forensic nursing remains responsive to the needs of survivors of sexual assault.
*OVC FY25 Emergency and Transitional Pet Shelter and Housing Assistance for Victims of Domestic Violence Program* [ [link removed] ]

This NOFO will provide funding for shelter and transitional housing and other assistance to victims of domestic violence and their companion animals (i.e., pets, service animals, emotional support animals, and horses).
*OVC FY25 Services for Victims of Technology-Facilitated Abuse* [ [link removed] ]

This NOFO will provide funding to support services to victims of technology-facilitated abuse, defined as the use of technology and the Internet to bully, harass, stalk, intimidate, or control a victim.

This NOFO will provide funding to develop, expand, and strengthen victim services programs for all victims of crime throughout the United States and its territories in the following categories: Advancing the Use of Technology to Assist Victims of Crime; Building State Technology Capacity to Serve Victims of Crime.
*OVC FY25 VOCA Victim Assistance Formula Grant* [ [link removed] ]

**(STATE ADMINISTERING AGENCIES ONLY)*
OVC will award each eligible state and territory victim assistance program an annual grant to support eligible crime victim assistance programs in that state or territory. All states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands are eligible to receive an annual VOCA victim assistance formula grant. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified in VOCA, 34 U.S.C. § 20103(b). View the state allocations [ [link removed] ].
*OVC FY25 VOCA Victim Compensation Formula Grant* [ [link removed] ]

OVC will award each eligible state victim compensation program an annual grant equal to 75 percent of the amount the program awarded in state-funded victim compensation payments during the fiscal year two years prior to the present fiscal year, other than amounts awarded for property damage. *You must have active registrations in *SAM.gov* [ [link removed] ] and *Grants.gov* [ [link removed] ] "before" you can apply for Department of Justice funding opportunities. If you’ve used these systems in the past, check that your registration and users are current.
* *Register today. *You can register in *SAM.gov* [ [link removed] ] and *Grants.gov* [ [link removed] ] any time—you don’t have to wait until a funding opportunity is open. SAM.gov registrations expire after 12 months and must be renewed every year. Grants.gov accounts deactivate after a year of inactivity or if your SAM.gov registration expires.
* *Update points of contact.* Check and update your entity’s POCs in both systems now to prevent delays in completing your application—or miss the application deadline.
