*New Provider Enrollment Assistance Tool*

Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has developed a Provider Enrollment Assistance Tool (PEAT), an online virtual chat assistant that provides instant answers to Texas Medicaid provider enrollment-related questions.

PEAT can assist providers to:


* Find answers to enrollment and revalidation questions.
* Schedule an online appointment with a provider representative.
* Learn more about Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) maintenance requests.
* Find instructions for submitting new enrollments, reenrollments, and updates to existing enrollments.

*How to Access PEAT*

Visit the TMHP Provider Enrollment webpage [ [link removed] ] and click on the Enrollment Help weblink [ [link removed] ] in the left-hand menu. Expand the PEAT drop-down button and follow the prompts to begin.
