Tell Trump’s EPA: No Permit for Bluewater to Pollute
SUBMIT YOUR COMMENT ([link removed])
John,
A giant oil export project called the Bluewater Texas Terminal that would worsen the climate crisis and pollute frontline communities is being rushed forward under Trump’s energy rules that put polluters first.
This project doesn’t just impact Texas. It affects all of us. Projects like Bluewater are designed to send more oil overseas even as climate disasters and toxic fossil fuel pollution are getting worse in every part of the country—all while billionaires make more money.
The EPA is reviewing new air pollution permits for this project, and this may be our only chance to speak out. Demand accountability: Tell the EPA to deny the air pollution permit for the Bluewater Texas Terminal. ([link removed])
TAKE ACTION TODAY ([link removed])
This is the second time Bluewater has sought air pollution permits from the EPA. The last permits would have allowed Bluewater to be the largest emitter of volatile organic compounds (VOC) pollution in the United States.
If we don’t act now, John, Trump’s EPA could move this terminal forward without hearing from the public. ([link removed])
Thank you for taking action.
In solidarity,
