Speaker Mike Johnson just rammed through Medicaid cuts that would rip coverage away from MILLIONS of Americans, and he’s blaming the rest of us for our choices?
To state the obvious, nobody is choosing this except for Mike.
No one is choosing to lose affordable healthcare for their disability or chronic illness.
No one is choosing to pinch pennies at the grocery store because SNAP benefits were cut in half.
But Mike Johnson and every other spineless MAGA Republican chose to make life harder for millions of Americans – all to bend the knee to Trump.
Even after every House Democrat voted NO on Mike’s Medicaid cuts, we were still 3 seats short of blocking them from reaching the Senate (and Donald Trump’s desk).
John, I won’t allow Democrats to sit on our hands while lifesaving healthcare and food stamps are trampled on by MAGA Republicans. It’s time we get down to business to take back the House majority and slam the brakes on Trump’s dangerous agenda.
