Estimated 10-year spending effects of the DUALS Act of 2024
Federal spending on individuals dually enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid would increase by $41 billion over the next decade under the Delivering Unified Access to Lifesaving Services (DUALS) Act of 2024, Urban’s researchers find.

The DUALS Act, introduced by a bipartisan group of senators in March 2024, would require and provide support to states to establish comprehensive, fully integrated plans for dual enrollees.
