Our goal is to offer more opportunities to better serve you face-to-face to address your concerns.  

You can set an appointment online to meet with a Sales and Use Tax representative for help with:

• e-Services login
• Updating your account
• Answering letters you received
• General sales tax questions
• Filing a sales tax return
• Refunds and payments

Once you set an appointment, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
