I need your story.

John,

It’s shocking: 310,000 Pennsylvanians — including more than 19,000 of our neighbors right here in my district — stand to lose their healthcare under Trump’s so-called One Big Beautiful Bill Act. That’s not a talking point — those are the cold, hard facts. And it breaks my heart.

Let’s call a spade a spade: the GOP’s justification for these cuts — that there is massive fraud in the system — is a lie. And now, even as they prepare to use that money to give permanent tax cuts to the 1%, we’re already seeing medical centers across the country grapple with their ability to stay open without Medicaid funding. Hospitals, especially rural hospitals, and community clinics will be forced to close if these cuts go into effect.

Here’s where I need you today — do you have a Medicaid story?

If you, your child, your community, or someone you love relies on Medicaid, you can fill out this short form here to share your story with my team.

I know the power of stories, especially with something so personal like Medicaid. This story collection is meant to allow you to directly communicate your story with us privately. It is my hope to learn from your stories and carry them with me as I do my work in Congress.

Early, loud, and personal stories can stop Washington from pretending these cuts are just numbers on a spreadsheet. So please — take two minutes today and share how Medicaid keeps you healthy and secure.

Thank you for standing with me,

Mary Gay
