The countdown clock may not reflect your time zone, but the deadline is midnight, local time, July 25.
Dear Friend,
Our 2025 Summer Annual Fund Drive ends in a matter of days, and it looks like you haven't had a chance to make your gift yet. It's critical that we hear from you before the deadline on July 25 so that we can finish the year as strong as we started and come closer to achieving our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
The need is so great — for both the more than 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's as well as the nearly 12 million unpaid caregivers who work tirelessly to provide their care.
Who are the caregivers?
They are loved ones. 83% of help provided to older adults in the United States comes from family members, friends or other unpaid caregivers. Nearly half of all caregivers who provide help to older adults do so for someone living with Alzheimer's or other dementia.
They are disproportionately women. Two-thirds of caregivers are women; one-third of dementia caregivers are daughters.
They often overcome significant difficulties providing care. Compared with caregivers of people without dementia, twice as many caregivers of those with dementia indicate substantial emotional, financial and physical difficulties.
You are making an enormous difference in furthering our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
Thanks to caring community members like you, we've come so far — but WE CAN'T STOP or slow down. There is more work to be done in 2025.
Your donation will strengthen our efforts to advance Alzheimer's care, support and research. From face-to-face support to online education programs and promising global research initiatives, your gift makes a difference in the lives of all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias in your community and across the world. Thank you for your continued support.
