Dear John,
Connecticut Democrats once again chose special interests over Connecticut taxpayers. They adopted an overreaching housing bill that protects developers, forces towns to accept larger multifamily buildings, even if the town’s infrastructure can’t handle it, turns town greens into tent cities, and drives property taxes higher and higher.
Because of pressure from so many around the state, Governor Lamont vetoed this bad bill, but has said he wants a different bill that will accomplish the same thing.
Connecticut needs strong Republican leadership that believes in protecting our towns and cities, that will reduce property taxes, make our transportation infrastructure more reliable, and will improve the quality of life for all Connecticut citizens.
Join the struggle below; Connecticut is our home. Connecticut deserves better than what Democrats offer.
