We did it.

Thanks to your support, we won the primary with a historic surge in voter turnout and now we’re charging forward to flip GA-7 blue in November! The past few months have been difficult — we continue to face the ongoing effects of a pandemic and all of us have been challenged to reckon with the long-term effects of structural racism in our community and in our country.

I have been inspired by the protests and the ongoing calls for change across the country. In the midst of a pandemic, Americans are demanding that their voices are heard. They’re ready for real and lasting change — I hear it every time we hold virtual meet-and-greets and town halls.

We’re going to make this a summer of action. Even though a good part of our work may be digital and on the phones, I don’t doubt for a second that we are part of a powerful movement for change in Georgia and around this country.
