Over the past few weeks, I've talked a lot about my Economic War Plan for America.

It's a plan centered on my belief that America's single, greatest security threat is *not* coming from overseas – it's the shrinking middle class here at home.

It's a plan informed by Americans from all walks of life telling me that they want leaders to do more than just sit back and wait for bad things to happen and hope people vote against it – they want leadership that meets this moment in history and gives people something to be FOR, not just against.

Now I'm taking that plan on the road, partnering with groups and candidates in Michigan and nationally.

That's just the first stop, but it won't be the last.

Now is not the time to nibble around the edges. It's time to ruthlessly focus on expanding the middle class in America.

I know we can do it. This isn’t the first hard moment we’ve had in our economy and in our country. And while we’re going through significant change, this is as good a moment as any to grab the reins, face the issues, and get to work.

That's what I'll be talking about as I head out on the road, starting in Benton Harbor.
