While in office, Kennedy has overseen America's first deadly measles outbreak
in a decade — costing the lives of two children.
He has recklessly fired scientists and researchers, potentially undermining
medical advances that could prevent suffering and death.
And he has replaced experienced members of Centers for Disease Control's
vaccine advisory panel with members of the anti-vaccine movement.
Now that lives have been lost, it's time for Senate Republicans to fulfill
their duty to provide oversight — and to protect the people they represent from
increased threats to their health.
