While public lands might be off the chopping block for now, the work to protect them is constant, which is why Stewardship Utah is hosting our inaugural public lands summit, Land We Share, focusing on long-term solutions to stop these threats. The Land We Share summit is only a few months away (October 3rd, but who's counting), but early bird pricing ends August 4th! Don’t miss out on your chance for cheap tickets!
We’re giddy with excitement to be hosting professional rock climber Tommy Caldwell as our keynote speaker, rounding out an incredible day of learning and collaborating with public lands experts and advocates from Utah and beyond. This Summit launches a new chapter in Stewardship Utah’s statewide strategy, bringing energy and unity to our shared mission of standing firm for the lands we treasure.

We’re beyond thrilled to host this summit alongside our title sponsor, Mark Miller Subaru. Mark Miller Subaru’s love for the outdoors is more than a value; it’s a way of life. They’re passionate about preserving Utah’s public lands, not only because they offer stunning natural beauty, but because they are deeply woven into our community’s identity and future. These landscapes provide vital space for recreation, cultural heritage, and ecological balance. They’re where we explore, connect, and recharge. As threats like overdevelopment, pollution, and climate change continue to rise, they are committed to protecting these irreplaceable spaces. Through their Subaru Loves the Earth initiatives, for which Stewardship Utah serves as their local partner, and their broader mission as a Benefit Corporation, they strive to be responsible stewards of the land, ensuring Utah’s public lands remain open, wild, and thriving for future generations.
