TELL CONGRESS: Trump and Republicans in Congress are pushing plans to hand complete control over AI to Big Tech companies like Elon Musk's xAI — even after Grok's recent racist, violent, anti-semitic tirades on X. With more power over artificial intelligence, Big Tech will be even more unaccountable. Sign the petition: Support the People’s AI platform to put safety controls on Big Tech.

Trump wants to hand even greater power over AI to Big Tech. His proposal would unleash Google and Elon Musk's xAI to exploit the American people — without safeguards — and adopt this dangerous tech throughout the government.

The Defense Department just handed xAI a $200 million contract to “address critical national security challenges.”1 The announcement of this deal came just days after xAI's Grok went on racist, violent, anti-semitic tirades on X. At one point, Grok called itself “MechaHitler.”2

This is the technology Trump wants more integrated into the military and every part of our lives — without safety controls or accountability. Congress must oppose this dangerous giveaway to Big Tech and support a People's AI platform. We're gathering as many signatures as possible right now before Trump and his allies force their plan on us.

Sign the petition: Oppose Trump’s dangerous AI plan — don’t give more power to Google and Musk’s xAI!

The rapid advancements in AI and consolidation of this technology in the hands of a few companies like Google, xAI, and OpenAI present serious safety, environmental, and regulatory challenges. Instead of addressing those challenges, Republican leadership wants to hand all power to Big Tech CEOs like Musk.

xAI letting Grok spout hate and threats as “MechaHitler” is just one example of how insidious AI can be in the hands of Big Tech companies. The dangers skyrocket if Trump shields these companies from regulations and accountability.

Congress must stand with the people, not big corporations who will profit from the reckless development and deployment of AI.

Sign the petition: Say NO to Trump’s dangerous AI plans and support the People’s AI platform.
