Future Caucus is proud to announce the launch of the National Task Force on State AI Policy, a first-of-its-kind, cross-partisan coalition of Gen Z and millennial lawmakers committed to shaping smart, ethical AI policy at the state level.

The task force will be co-chaired by Representative Monique Priestley (D-VT) and Representative Doug Fiefia (R-UT) — two forward-thinking state legislators who represent the next generation of collaborative and future-oriented leadership. AI is already influencing the core issues young lawmakers care about — education, jobs, democracy, and public safety — but policy is lagging behind. This task force will equip young leaders to bridge that gap by: -
Sharing cross-state solutions and legislative best practices
