Registration for Ntosake 2025 is now open. The training—for women by women—is scheduled for September 2-5, 2025, at the
Pallotine Retreat and Conference Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
This year’s theme for Ntosake 2025, “Hunters in the Storm,” is rooted in our understanding that lions hunt in the storm while the
other animals run away. As our political climate continues to create chaotic storms, we will not run away! Because we walk with
lions, we will hunt opportunities for justice, for equity, for inclusion, and for victory!
As you consider whether you will attend or if you should encourage another woman leader to attend, consider these propositions:
 Ntosake is not a training to get power: it is a training to equip women leaders to transform the power already within them
to fight for their rights, for justice for their communities, and for a secure future for the welfare of our world.  
 Ntosake has evolved from one training group to multiple training tracks, and includes a track where women focus on their
self-interest on their journey to creating their own path to power.
 Ntosake Vision: Listening to women’s unique stories, and valuing relationship building, Ntosake is a leadership
development program giving women the tools to build power to transform their lives, their organizations, and their
communities.
 Ntosake Mission: To see empowered women in all parts of society.
