Elon Musk bought his way into the government—from giving Trump a platform on X to donating more than $290 million last election cycle to elect Donald Trump and Republicans. Then he was rewarded with a top "advisory” role in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).1,2
Musk is using his money and power to slowly chip away at our democracy for his benefit.
"Grok for government" is Musk’s plan to have his artificial intelligence company xAI infiltrate its way into the U.S. government.3 And after days of controversy where Grok spewed antisemitic hate on X, the Department of Defense decided to award Musk’s controversial program with a $200 million contract.4 It’s terrifying to imagine how Musk’s shoddy artificial intelligence could shape the U.S. government.
Even after Musk and Trump’s public falling out, it seems that Musk is still meddling his way into our government and receiving financial incentives to do so.
We have to keep Musk out of our government. Sign the petition now to say NO more new contracts to Elon Musk and his companies!
Elon Musk continues to cause chaos across the government and his own companies—from DOGE’s attempt to lay off thousands of workers across the country and take away valuable resources from Americans to Tesla's stock plummeting and Musk starting a feud with Trump on X.5,6
Elon Musk has continued to spread misinformation about voting and supported right-wing conspiracy theorists who have further divided our country, and X has continued to be a platform for hateful rhetoric—with even his own AI feature spewing out hate.7,8
It’s clear that Elon Musk needs to get out of our government—and the richest man on Earth doesn’t deserve a single penny of our tax dollars.
Tell the Department of Defense: NO future contracts to Elon Musk!
