Tomorrow, Rep. Ayanna Pressley is reintroducing the EACH Act — federal
legislation that would guarantee abortion coverage for all, no matter your
income, insurance, or zip code.
Here’s what it does:
✔️ Requires Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP to cover abortion
✔️ Mandates federal clinics like the VA and Indian Health Services provide
abortion care
✔️ Blocks politicians from banning private insurance from covering
abortion
This comes as the Trump-backed far right slashes Planned Parenthood
funding and forces backdoor abortion bans — a full-on assault on women and
anyone struggling to get care.
