OPERATION SAFE SUMMER

[6]

Summer in Miami-Dade County brings beach days, barbecues and a welcome
influx of visitors. It’s also a time when law enforcement agencies
nationwide typically see an uptick in violent crime, often linked to
larger gatherings, alcohol consumption and other seasonal factors.

That’s why the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is taking proactive
steps to address these patterns head-on. We’ve launched Operation
Safe Summer, a strategic 12-week initiative targeting crime hot spots,
removing illegal weapons from our streets and holding violent
offenders accountable.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING WORKS,

IF WE ALLOW IT TO.

At 20 years old, I had  a camera, a dream, and not much else. I left
my home in New Jersey, to pursue my dreams in South Florida. I stayed
with people when I could. I took whatever gigs and jobs I could find.
At one point, I was sleeping in a hotel lobby. Later, I was sleeping
in my car.

I was raised to believe that if you save your money, one day it’ll
save you. So I kept working, building credit, and picking up
photography jobs at night. That’s when I met someone I now consider
a big sister. She encouraged me to save with intention, specifically
for a home, and eventually introduced me to Bluenest.

THE KEY TO SAFE AND SATISFYING INJECTABLE TREATMENTS: OPEN
COMMUNICATION AND CLEAR DOCUMENTATION

In this edition of our Q&A column, a patient writes to Dr. Wolf

offered at different practices. Having visited several facial plastic
surgeons, dermatologists, and med spas, they’ve encountered
differing products each time and are curious about the reasons behind
the variations. The patient asks: “Should I be worried if one uses a
