We’re getting serious about scaling our Forever Organizing voter contact programs. But before we open more regional offices, launch more canvasses, or schedule more phonebanks — there’s one critical thing we need to do first:
Hire Congressional Field Directors.
These individuals will shape everything we do between now and Election Day. They’ll manage our field plans, guide our volunteer teams, and help us reach the voters who will determine control of the U.S. House.
But we’re still short of the budget we need to bring them on.
