Elise stated –


“Team Elise continues its unprecedented fundraising pace making history in New
York for Republicans. I am humbled by the record early support from generous
grassroots donors and supporters in New York and across the country. Our
movement to Save New York has never been in a stronger position to achieve
victory next fall. I will continue to work tirelessly to enact President
Trump’s historic mandate in Congress, ensure Republican victories up and down
the ballot in New York, and then we will fire Kathy Hochul once and for all

NY POST: Elise “Skewers CUNY Chancellor, Calls for his Ouster” at Capitol Hill
Hearing

Elise stated –


“I want to begin by discussing the heinous scourge of antisemitism on your
watch as Chancellor at CUNY. You are aware at Baruch, Jewish freshmen were
welcomed with heinous antisemitic taunts about the hostages killed by Hamas.
‘Where's Hersh? You ugly [expletive], [expletive], go bring them home.’ You
ain't going home tonight. Go back to Brooklyn. All Zionists are terrorists.’
Are you aware of those antisemitic harassment slurs?

You hired Abd Alla as CUNY’s chief diversity officer, and this role includes
overseeing antisemitism complaints and initiatives. Were you aware at that time
that this senior administrator that you hired was previously employed by CAIR?

Let me remind you, CAIR was a co-conspirator in the terrorist financing case
and has ties to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.

Let me make a prediction: No disciplinary action. This individual is not
going to be fired because it's all words, no action. You have failed the people
of New York. You have failed Jewish students in New York State, and it is a
disgrace.”


New York City Councilwoman Inna Vernikov stated –


“Elise Stefanik and I are calling on Hochul to FIRE the CUNY Chancellor for
his EGREGIOUS inaction. He has FAILED Jewish students at CUNY and Kathy Hochul
has it completely within her power to do something about it - but WON’T. This
is why I FOIL’ed ALL communications between CUNY, the Governor’s office, and
OCR regarding antisemitism on CUNY campuses. WE WANT ANSWERS AND
ACCOUNTABILITY.”

Elise Advances the America First Defense Act!


Elise stated –


“I am proud to advance this year's America First defense bill that
responsibly and rightfully strengthens our military in the face of the rapidly
evolving threats posed by our adversaries such as China, Russia, Iran, and
North Korea.

This bill will lead the charge in reforming our broken acquisition system,
revitalizing our defense industrial base, and further increasing the readiness,
capabilities, and lethality of our fighting force.

As the leading champion for Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division, I am
pleased to announce that I led the charge on authorizing more than $22 million
in additional funding to New York’s 21st District to protect and strengthen the
Fort Drum community, support our troops, increase our military readiness, and
assist the families of servicemembers.

I am proud to support President Trump’s mission of America First Peace
Through Strength. The United States must remain the global leader in
maintaining a strong national defense and delivering on our promises to our
troops by providing a well-deserved pay raise to the brave men and women in
uniform as they work to keep us safe."

Elise’s Statement on Five Iranian Nationals Arrested on New York's Northern
Border


Elise stated –


“In Congress, I have been sounding the alarm on the Swanton Sector of our
Northern Border national security crisis due to Joe Biden and Kathy Hochul's
open border policies. Thankfully, for the past six months, I have worked with
President Trump to successfully secure the border. We are especially grateful
for the hardworking border and law enforcement officials from Champlain, NY who
protected our national security with the arrest of five Iranians and two Uzbeks
in Mooers Forks, NY-21. This is yet another reason why the increased number of
border officials we delivered in the One Big Beautiful Bill is more important
than ever."

this country, Elise Stefanik. Congresswoman Elise, it was great to see you at
the event last week in Buffalo. It was an incredible event. It was great to
hear your speech. You were able to motivate so many people. You are an
incredible speaker. We really appreciate you being there.”


Elise stated –


“If you look at the crises that have been created under single-party Democrat
rule, you have an affordability crisis, and Kathy Hochul is trying to point
fingers elsewhere. It is Democrats who control New York State right now. They
have the governor’s mansion, the State Senate, and the State Assembly. They own
this affordability crisis.

We need a strong leader in New York State that supports the police, that gets
rid of failed bail reform, that ensures that we are enforcing the law, that
includes deporting illegals, many of whom have committed violent crimes against
law-abiding New Yorkers. I want to point out when Kathy Hochul had that
horrific hearing on Capitol Hill where I was able to just bulldoze through her
in five minutes, not even acknowledging these crimes, or a woman burned alive
on the subway by an illegal, all on Kathy Hochul’s watch.

I saw some chatter. Kathy Hochul is the best real estate agent for the State
of Florida. Ron DeSantis has said that as well because it’s only going to
further fuel the mass exodus from our state. It doesn’t have to be this way.
New Yorkers deserve so much better. That’s why you’re seeing not just
Republicans, but independents and Democrats as well, yearning for a new
generation of leadership that is common sense and that is able to bring things
under control in New York.

We shouldn’t be ranked at the bottom of the list when it comes to being a
state that is good for business. We’re at the bottom right now. We should be
number one. We are the Empire State. We should be the leading state in the
nation. And instead, we are the furthest behind in so many metrics.”
