John — Please read the email James Carville sent you yesterday and make a donation to help Democrats flip the Senate. We can take our government back. But only if we’re in this together:

John —

In just a moment, I am going to ask you to make a donation to Flip the Senate’s campaign to end Mitch McConnell’s Senate majority. I hope you'll give me a chance to explain why this request is so important.

Here’s the truth:

Trump and his toadies like Mitch McConnell are losing this election right now — badly — but all that can go away in a flash if our Democratic Senate candidates get drowned out by misleading GOP attacks.

John, the American people are turning on the Republicans by the day. Trump is getting beat. Democrats lead in every toss-up Senate race. But that hasn’t stopped Mitch McConnell’s right-wing donor network from spending obscene amounts of money on negative attacks.

There’s already evidence those attacks are working with the polls tightening in Maine, North Carolina, and Arizona. So, we need to make sure Democrats have every penny they need to defend our candidates:

Can I count on you to chip in $10 to Flip the Senate today to help Democrats end the scourge of Trumpism and take back our government in November? We can do this. We can win this election. But we all have an important role to play in making it happen:

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough of Republicans like Trump and McConnell dragging our country to the bottom. Let’s kick them out of office in November.

You with me?
