If you’re feeling angry or exhausted with politics right now, you’re not alone.

It feels like Donald Trump and National Republicans are somehow getting more and more extreme by the minute, all while working families are begging them for relief. Watching this process up close, it’s no wonder why so many people feel left behind by their government.

It’s depressing, enraging, and frustrating all at the same time.

But that doesn’t mean we should tune out everything that’s happening in DC, even if it’s tempting. Because that’s exactly what National Republicans want us to do.

Let me put it another way: There is nothing Donald Trump would love more than to watch us voluntarily remove ourselves from the political process.

Why? Because he KNOWS that grassroots movements like this are still a roadblock to his agenda. He KNOWS we have the power to protect families from his worst impulses if we fight back each and every time.

So even though so many of us (including yours truly) are feeling exhausted, enraged, or terrified, I’m asking you to stay engaged in this work. I’m asking you to keep fighting. And I’m asking you to resist, even if the odds are stacked against us.

I’m going to keep fighting, scratching, and clawing for progress in every way I can, and I hope you’ll be there by my side. So please, can you chip in right now to help me win this fight for our country’s future?
