Yesterday we told you about some breaking news -- the Michigan Senate Committee on Government Operations has scheduled a hearing for the Convention of States Resolution tomorrow, June 25th.
Today, we have more details.
The hearing will begin at 9:00AM CT, and our resolution is the only thing on the agenda. Committee Chairman Sen. Mike Shirkey decided that the Convention of States movement is so important that his committee must consider it even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.
The three Republicans and two Democrats will decide whether to advance the Convention of States Resolution to the full Senate, and we need your help to make sure they vote YES.
Mark Meckler, President of COS Action, will be there to help get it across the finish line.
