On July 17, the 988 Lifeline officially ended its specialized services for LGBTQ+ young people due to federal budget cuts. This wasn’t just a policy change—it was a painful act of erasure, one that left many feeling unseen in moments when support is needed most.
We want LGBTQ+ young people to know this: you are seen, you are valued, and you are never alone.

MAC closed out Pride Month at NYC Youth Pride where the brand celebrated LGBTQ+ youth on the dance floor and at its makeover booth, the most visited activity on Pier 16. The Trevor Project volunteers stood right beside the brand, engaging with attendees and extending our mission to the youth we serve.

** H&M Celebrates the Infinite Love of Chosen Families

This year, H&M Americas reaffirms its year-round dedication to the LGBTQ+ community with the continuation of its annual Pride campaign celebrating chosen families, which play an essential role for many people in the LGBTQ+ community. The campaign, launching in stores and online across the region under the tagline 'Chosen Family, Infinite Love' ([link removed]) , reinforces H&M's long-standing advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community.
As a long-time advocate for the community globally, H&M continues its support through donations to The Trevor Project — marking the 6th consecutive year in the US and 2nd year in Mexico — to further their mission to end LGBTQ+ youth suicide. Since the partnership's inception, H&M has donated over $1 million to The Trevor Project's life-saving mission through an annual matching campaign. This year’s campaign ran from June 11 – 15.
