This bill will take health care away from more than two million Californians , cut billions from Medicaid, raise health care costs for working families, and force clinics and hospitals — especially in underserved areas — to close their doors. It will slash funding for food assistance, gut critical programs that help keep families afloat, and defund Planned Parenthood — creating barriers to accessing contraception, cancer screenings, and STI testing for millions of patients.
