USO Supporter,
The deadline to close the gap that we anticipate in our annual fundraising is midnight, and we are counting on you to show your support for our military with a gift today. Remember, the USO is not a government agency — we are a nonprofit organization that depends on the generosity of patriotic Americans like you to support our service members in remote locations and combat zones all over the world. This year has been especially difficult as many of our donors have been hurt by the uncertain economy.
But in this time of global conflict, our service members continue to rely on the USO's programs and services. Please, understand the impact your donation will make for the brave men and women defending our freedoms. Help ensure they have the care and support they deserve by making your generous gift today.
Thank you for supporting the people who serve.

GIVING GOAL: $50,000
DEADLINE: MIDNIGHT SATURDAY
USO Supporter,
It's Christopher Plamp, Chief Operating Officer at the USO.
As tensions around the world remain high, we are working to meet the needs of deployed service members. But as conflict has escalated over the summer, donations are anticipated to slow while food, supplies and all the things our brave heroes need cost much more than they used to — and I'm worried our programs for service members could be at risk.

As an Air Force veteran who was deployed when my kids were young, I understand the sacrifices our military families are forced to make when world conflicts are in motion. Thankfully, I also know the incredible difference the USO — with your support — makes.
There are approximately 200,000 brave members of our military serving overseas and standing vigilant against growing threats. They need care packages, USO2GO kits and the critically important programming our 250 USO Centers on land and at sea provide. However, without continued support, we may be forced to scale back plans for care packages or reduce services at USO Centers in the future — just when our service members need us most.
So, I’m turning to loyal supporters like you at this critical time. Giving takes just a minute — but the impact it makes for our military heroes and their families can't be stressed enough. Help us continue to serve them through your generous gift today.
