forcing through the confirmation of extreme ideologue, Emil Bove — Trump’s
former personal attorney and hatchet man — to a federal circuit court,
despite outcry from the left.

Emil Bove hasn’t ruled out Trump’s ability to run for a third term and he
refuses to condemn the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. More than
900 former Department of Justice attorneys joined an open letter rejecting
Bove’s nomination to the federal court and called him a disgrace to the
department.
After a whistleblower at the DOJ reported that Bove was “willing to ignore
court orders” to force through Trump’s agenda, Democrats requested a
hearing to ensure all the evidence was in the open before Bove’s
confirmation.
But, Republicans ignored Democrats and forced through a vote on Bove’s
nomination despite serious allegations of misconduct.
In protest, Democrats walked out of the hearing. This is exactly the type
of fight we need to bring to protect our courts from MAGA extremists.
