Email from Tarrant County Republican Party CCP massage s*x parlor network in Texas, a special session, and several victories...   Contribute Today to Prepare for 2026! The CCP Massage/Sex Parlor Network The CCP is constantly in the news for finding ways to spy on and subvert America. From Chinese nationals joining the military to spy on it, to purchasing land next to military bases, and more, it never ends. We've told you before about Sun Guangxin's ownership of Texas oil and land near military bases. But the Chinese subversion efforts don't stop there. You may have seen on the news lately that law enforcement has begun to shut down dozens of massage parlors across the state of Texas. This isn't an accident. We've discussed before how China has its hooks in Texas oil. It's time to talk about the Chinese massage parlor problem. The news will tell you that at least 8 of the massage parlors recently shut down are owned by "Wanli Peng." The State alleges that they were shut down as part of a human trafficking investigation, with evidence that sexual services were advertised for the spas online and offered to customers. It was also reported that employees were living at the spas, which is against the law. But for the media, the story ends here. As far as Peng goes, they refuse to tell you anything other than his name, because they don't want to highlight China's influence in our state. We will do the job they refuse to do. We'll start with some background. Wanli Peng claims to be a realtor at Keller Williams Signature in Houston, despite that the Texas Real Estate Commission shows his license is inactive, though it has not reached the expiration date. He is 69 years old and comes from Hunan Province, China. He claims to have been a "civil servant" in China, which implies that he worked for the CCP. As is often the case with CCP assets who move to America, Peng lived near and worked on a Naval Base before his move to Houston. He claims to have owned a restaurant called "Rice King," which was located at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Washington (which happens to house the Navy's electronic warfare planes). We know that, while he worked at Rice King, he did not own it, according to this Armed Services Appeals Board record. He did file an LLC for a restaurant at the address, which would later be involuntarily dissolved by the State of Washington. In 2011, he married Jun Liu, while they were living next to NAS Whidbey Island. Property records show that in 2007, Liu owned property that shared an address with the Naval Commissary. Their connection to the Naval Base doesn't end there. Their son, Ziwei Peng, after graduating from a nearby high school, went to West Point. This is concerning because admittance to West Point requires a Congressional recommendation, showing that this Chinese national had political access as well as access to a military base. In 2017, Peng moved to Houston and began acquiring massage parlors. The main question is: Where did he find the money to purchase them? The question is exacerbated by the fact that he was divorced from Liu in 2019 and filed for bankruptcy in 2020. His bankruptcy filing shows that he was making next to no money at the time and had almost nothing to his name. Peng acquired a massage therapist license for himself, making around $800/month according to his bankruptcy filing. A massage therapist license in Texas requires extensive training. We could not substantiate that he has received such training. As of this month, TDLR has revoked all therapist and establishment licenses from Peng and permanently barred him from ever attaining one. The red flags don't stop there. While we aren't making any accusations here, we would strongly encourage law enforcement to pursue further investigation into Mr. Peng. He is a 69-year-old man, yet he follows a disturbing number of underage girls on his Instagram (and even one is too far). This fact is made even more concerning considering we know for a fact that he owns massage parlors that have been shut down by the State for alleged illicit sexual activity and human trafficking. Now, for the concerning connections to the CCP (aside from the fact that he claims to have been a civil servant). Chinese-language media - and Peng's TikTok account - confirm that he attended a high-class gala for the Chinese American Construction Professionals of Texas in 2024. The event included speakers like communist activist and Texas House Democrat Caucus Chair Gene Wu. Their national organization has hosted Chinese deputy consulate general Li Chunlin, who is reported by the Washington Post as having been present at violent outbreaks against anti-CCP activists during Xi Jinping's visit to California last year. At the CACP Gala, Peng took pictures with Victoria Jiao, wife of Fulshear City Councilman Patrick Powers. Both Jiao and Powers were donors for the 2024 Chinese Civic Center fundraiser, which is reported to be a United Front Work Department organization for the CCP and serving as the de facto CCP consulate in Houston since 2020. Jiao also serves as the VP for the Texas Northeast China Association, which is listed as a co-organizer and "diamond sponsor" for the CCC gala. Direct proof of CCP funding would require a level of access that only law enforcement would have access to. But what we do know is that a bankrupt and divorced Chinese immigrant is hob-nobbing with CCP-connected officials, spending money that can't be explained, and running a network of what law enforcement alleges to be illicit sex trafficking parlors across our state. We may have restricted Chinese land ownership, but that isn't stopping them from harming our state. Another Win, Now at FWISD We have another win to celebrate this week, thanks to our tireless activists focused on Fort Worth ISD. It's no secret that Fort Worth ISD is in dire straits financially, having already closed several schools. But now the district is shutting down several leftist programs thanks to pressure from our conservative activists. TCGOP Area Leader and Precinct Chair Hollie Plemons has a breakdown of each of the groups being shut down. You can view it HERE. Despite the attacks from the liberal media, we continue to rack up wins on all fronts! Thanks again to Hollie Plemons, Amie Super, Carlos Turcios, Donna Collins, Kenya Alu, and everyone who has relentlessly pursued this victory. Special Session Begins Monday The first special legislative session of the year begins on Monday. Many hot-button and grassroots priority issues are on the docket. It's time to call your legislators once again! Among the topics at hand are Trump's requested redistricting plan, cutting property taxes, banning taxpayer-funded lobbying, restoring the power of the Attorney General to prosecute election fraud, and more! The agenda is packed with RPT platform planks. There are a total of 18 issues currently on the call. If you'd like to see them for yourself, you can view them HERE. Ben Song Arrested Last week, we covered the antifa attack on ICE officers in Alvarado, and that notorious antifa activist Ben Song was on the run. We're happy to report that he has been caught and will face justice. The threat of leftist violence is higher now than it has ever been. Hopefully, law enforcement can curb the violence by making an example of Song and his antifa accomplices. They should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, and RICO cases opened into their leftist organizations. Congratulations to whoever claimed the $35,000 reward for information leading to his arrest! Patriots in Control (of the Historical Commission) Commissioner Matt Krause recently made appointments to the Tarrant County Historical Commission, and we couldn't thank him more for making such great picks. He chose many long-time patriot Tarrant GOP activists to sit on the commission, which is important now more than ever, as leftists attack our history, trying to take down statues and brainwash children. Krause's appointments were: Anne Gebhart, Tammy Nakamura, Mona Puente, and Thomas Schlueter. Congratulations to them all, and thanks to Commissioner Krause for his great work!
