Last quarter, the average online contribution to our campaign was $23.03.
That's not billionaire cash or corporate PAC money. That’s teachers, farm workers, students, and neighbors chipping in what they can. People who believe we deserve better than broken promises and backroom deals.
We are refusing to take money from billionaire special interests or oil lobbyists because we have something more powerful: a real grassroots movement, fueled by real people just like you who know what’s at stake.
Meanwhile, my opponent David Valadao is selling out the Central Valley to score points with GOP leadership – voting to strip health care from over 65,000 of his own constituents just to stay in his party’s good graces.
We won’t forget that.
