Friend,
FPC’s latest lawsuit
Firearms Policy Coalition,
et al. v. New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin, et
al. is hot off the
presses, and it’s a major shot aimed at NJ’s ban on “short-barreled
rifles.”
This latest legal action builds on FPC’s landmark victory
over New Jersey’s AR-15 ban, as well as similar wins in California and
Illinois.
As FPC President Brandon Combs
notes: “Supreme Court
precedent makes clear that arms in common use for lawful purposes—like
the rifles at issue here—are fully protected by the Second Amendment.
We are excited to work towards eliminating this ban so you can
exercise your rights when, where, and how you choose.”
We hope you’ll stand with us as we
wage a nationwide effort to eliminate bans on
constitutionally-protected arms, Friend.
And
YOU can help FPC win big league right now by making a contribution of
$100, $50, or perhaps even $25 to our rights-saving
work!
Plus, if you do, you will
automatically be entered to WIN an M4-76 10.5” pistol from Sons of
Liberty Gun Works as a thank you!
We’re super excited about
Firearms Policy Coalition
v. Platkin, and we hope to
have even more litigation news to share with you in the coming
days.
With your support today,
