After Donald Trump signed his “Big Ugly Bill” earlier this month, I’ve
been hearing from people up and down the First State worried about how
they’ll feed their children.

This billionaire budget guts food assistance for tens of millions of
people, including nearly 40,000 of our neighbors in Delaware, to pay for
tax breaks for the ultra-rich.

Simply put, it makes it easier for a billionaire to buy a private jet than
for working families to put food on the table.

We can’t let this slide.

Republican politicians are counting on people forgetting. They’re hoping
this fades into the background — that no one remembers who owns this harm.

That’s why I’ve been busy speaking out everywhere I can — on social media,
on TV, and in person — to make sure voters know Republican politicians
took food out of the mouths of children to reward billionaires. But I need
your help, too.
