We are officially hiring Congressional Field Directors for targeted swing seats across California.

These are key hires that will be at the absolute center of our organizing work to take back control of the U.S. House.

But we are $10,529.40 short of our July Fundraising Target. That makes us nervous about hiring as aggressively as we want to at this key moment. Will you pitch in a donation of $35 or $55 so our organizing programs can continue to grow and expand as quickly as possible?

In 2023, we had a crazy strategy: Start organizing earlier than ever to lay the groundwork for flipping seats the following year.

We called this “Forever Organizing”.

Some people thought we were nuts for hiring so early and pounding the pavement before the 2024 election year. But the results proved the skeptics wrong:

🩻 CA-13 (Central Valley): Adam Gray flipped this razor-tight district from red to blue. This race was decided by just 187 votes [!!]

💥 CA-27 (Southern California): George Whitesides captured this key suburban seat, ending long-time GOP control.

🌊 CA-45 (Orange County): Derek Tran defeated Michelle Steel — flipping one of the most competitive districts in the nation.

Now, we want to run the same playbook in 2025 for the 2026 midterms. And the first step is hiring our Congressional Field Directors. Will you rush a donation right now to make that possible?
