Today, July 18, is the 107th anniversary of Nelson Mandela's birth.
At the Berlin conference of the Schiller Institute, former South
African Foreign Minister Naledi Pandor urged that everyone observe the
day by taking an hour to do something for somebody else. It's not too
late!
Tonight I will be joined by former UN Weapons Inspector Scott
Ritter in a wide-ranging discussion of the global strategic situation
and the danger of nuclear war, which hasn't lessened.
