Republicans in Congress should be ashamed of themselves, friend.

The budget bill they just passed raises costs on virtually every American. It sells out the working folks they were elected to serve. It strips millions of Americans of their health care. And it takes food away from hungry children.

Meanwhile, they were sure to include a tax cut for the special interests and billionaires who fund their campaigns.

I know that folks are sick and tired of politicians in Washington putting billionaires ahead of the middle class. This GOP budget bill was historically unpopular, and yet Republicans passed it anyway – because they think they won’t pay any political consequences.
