Nobody Paged Dr. Misogyny
Six anti-abortion “medical” organizations urged HHS Secretary RFK Jr. and FDA Commissioner Marty Makary to tighten rules around mifepristone, one of two pills used in medication abortion. They are requesting that mife protocols should be rolled back 25 years to the 2000 standards—limiting use to seven weeks gestation and only allowing in-person dispensation. How thoughtful of them. This is yet another “back to no future” plot to attack medication abortions, because these pills now account for nearly two thirds of all abortions, and provide us healthcare privacy they can’t control! So it’s a full court press to stop us by creating and peddling anti-science bullshit to the man who wouldn’t know science if the worm in his brain was Jonas Salk. Gotta stay loud about this one! 

Ken Paxton: Loser of the Week… Again
Hey—we’re not all doom and gloom these days! Pour yourself a salty cup of Texas AG Tears after a NY County Clerk shut down Texas for the SECOND TIME by refusing to enforce a $100k+ judgment against a NY doctor whose “crime” was legally prescribing abortion pills via telehealth to a Texan. All thanks to New York’s shield law, which blocks anti-abortion states from enforcing their violent bans within NY’s borders!

Texas AG Ken Paxton is sure to keep trying to extradite abortion providers and export abortion bans, but as long as New York’s holding the line, the only thing he’s exporting is Ls. We can’t help but wonder if humiliation is actually Paxton’s kink…
