Two years ago, over $19.5 million was spent on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court election, breaking the record for most money spent on a judicial race.

Earlier this year, the Wisconsin Supreme Court race broke records again — $100 million poured into the race, with $25 million coming from Elon Musk alone.

Now, it’s Pennsylvania’s turn. This November, three State Supreme Court justices are up for retention. These justices have protected our rights — and now the far right is spending big to replace them with ideologues.

We can’t let millionaires and billionaires buy our Court.
