Folks, over the course of last year’s elections, Trump and Washington Republicans made many lofty promises about bringing down prices, fixing the economy, and bringing jobs back to American soil.

But since taking office, what have they actually done for working people? Let’s take a look:

Donald Trump incited a global trade war, pushing our economy toward a RECESSION with shifting deadlines and the constant seesaw of on-again off-again tariffs.

The so-called Department of Government Efficiency gutted agencies across the federal government, laying off thousands of workers critical to maintaining public lands, medical research, and even the folks tasked with ensuring seniors get their Social Security checks on time.

And now, Trump and the Republicans just passed and signed into law a budget that will likely kick 17 million Americans off their health care, shutter thousands of rural hospitals, and add $4 trillion – that’s FOUR TRILLION DOLLARS – to our debt, just to pay for a lavish tax handout to the wealthiest among us.

It’s absolute lunacy. But I promise you this: we're doing everything I can in the Senate to deliver for you.

I'm fighting to lower the cost of living, protect your access to health care, and actually create more good-paying jobs here in the U.S. — instead of just talking about it.

I’m bringing folks together to address the Colorado River crisis — like I have since I was Governor — and passing bipartisan legislation that’ll help keep water flowing to all seven basin states.

And I’m going to keep fighting tooth and nail to stop any and all Republican schemes to sell our public lands — just like how we stripped it out of the recent GOP budget — because public lands belong in public hands, not auctioned off to the highest bidder.
