When the pavement hits 120 degrees, you feel it through your shoes. 

That’s what this brutal summer has felt like for many of our neighbors—veterans, families and seniors. Imagine being in this sweltering heat with no roof. No shade. No relief. 

We’re out there right now, handing out cold water, checking on seniors who live alone, helping people get into safe shelter.  But it’s more than just emergency relief. We’re also helping people find longer-term housing, addiction support and care that lasts beyond the crisis.
