Breaking Wisconsin Election News
Today, the Wisconsin Elections Commission will vote on a scathing report outlining the failures and potential violations of state law ([link removed]) by the former Madison City Clerk.
According to the report, the former City Clerk not only failed to count nearly 200 ballots ([link removed]) in the 2024 election but also took a month-long vacation ([link removed]) after allegedly being informed there were uncounted ballots.

The draft report outlines repeated failures ([link removed]) by the Clerk to keep election staging areas secure—including one instance where an unauthorized individual was found sleeping in a former brewery used for election preparation.
Additionally, the WEC report alleges probable cause ([link removed]) that the Clerk violated state law, including laws governing the handling and processing of absentee ballots.
If true, these failures are absolutely unacceptable.
