Friends,
I don't know about you, but there aren't many groups more important to me than my local public radio station.Â
From covering the stories closest to my home in Shawnee, to keeping our family up to date during Tornado season, local public radio has a special place in Oklahoma.Â
I can't tell you the number of times I've been driving on a State Highway and depended upon local public radio to keep me safe from hail cores and hook echoes.Â
And right now, all of Oklahoma's Representatives in Congress, are preparing to take hundreds of thousands of dollars away from those essential services.
