One of Abigail's top values is defending reproductive freedom. Virginia is the last state in the South that hasn’t rolled back access following the fall of Roe v. Wade, and as the next Governor of the state, Abigail vows to defend this fundamental right.

As it states on her campaign website, “In Congress, Abigail voted to codify Roe v. Wade into federal law, protect contraception access, and defend the right of Americans to travel across state lines to seek reproductive care. As Virginia’s next Governor, Abigail will sign into law legislation to protect the right to contraception. She will also make sure the Commonwealth is on the path to codifying reproductive rights in the Virginia Constitution.”
