President Trump's recently signed law "defunds" Planned Parenthood by blocking people from using their Medicaid to get care at Planned Parenthood health centers. It puts patient care at risk nationwide. This law will decimate abortion access and could stop more than a million people from getting cancer screenings, birth control, STI testing and treatment, and other essential services at Planned Parenthood health centers.

We're heading toward a public health crisis. That's why Planned Parenthood Federation of America is suing the Trump administration to protect patients and their right to care. We have a long fight ahead of us, but a federal judge has already issued a temporary restraining order to BLOCK this unconstitutional law from going into effect.
