Hello — Next Tuesday is the most important day of our campaign so far and I want to explain exactly why:

1. It’s our primary election, which means it’s the last day for Democrats across Colorado to select their nominee to face Republican Senator Cory Gardner. We’re in the lead, and I am the Democrats’ best chance to flip this seat, but right-wing groups have attempted to meddle in our primary in the hopes of defeating me — even using “mysterious” and potentially illegal attacks.


2. It’s our FEC fundraising deadline, so the money we collect in these final days of June will not only help us win our primary and defend ourselves against these GOP attacks, but they are critical to sending a message about how strong our campaign is heading into the general election.

There’s one final thing you need to know: the response from messages like this makes up the majority of our contributions. And right now, our online fundraising numbers have lagged compared to recent weeks — if we fall short of our goal, it will make it harder to win our primary and file a strong FEC report next week. That’s why I’m asking:
