Today, I’m personally reaching out to ask you to join me in supporting Rep. Abigail Spanberger’s re-election and to consider a contribution to her campaign. Let me tell you why I believe the stakes are so high.

Our country is facing a number of unprecedented crises. We need leaders in Washington who can cut through hyper-partisan rhetoric, build bridges, and work aggressively to find solutions to our country’s biggest challenges.

Abigail is that leader.

I’m proud to support Abigail because she has proven her commitment to putting our country first, and she finds pragmatic solutions that bring all voices to the table. In her first term, she’s already passed legislation that will lower prescription drug costs and take corporate influence out of our politics, and she’s led the fight to expand high-speed broadband internet to our rural communities that need it so desperately.

But this race will not be easy. National Republican groups have already spent over $1 million in attack ads against her campaign and are planning millions against her this fall.

Abigail’s voice is desperately needed in Congress. If we are to keep the House in Democratic hands, we need your help.
