American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act), which could lead to millions of

lifetime appointment as judge when he has allegedly said he was willing to
ignore court orders to carry out Trump's deportation plans. Bove's
nomination is all part of the president's efforts to undermine the
independence of the judiciary and concentrate power in the executive
branch.
