John,

TODAY we're in court defending a Christian banned from holding a Bible study in their own neighborhood. The consequences of losing are dire.

Cases like this have chilling effects on religious liberty by silencing people of faith. We take these cases because we know that President Trump can't stop these attacks. The Left will take EVERY opportunity to shut down our ability to live out the Gospel where we live, attend school, work, and raise our families.

They disrespect the role of faith and seek to eradicate God from public life.

JUST LAST WEEK, we filed at the U.S. Supreme Court to protect public prayer before a football game. TOMORROW we defend a parent being sued by an anti-Israel teacher who was called out for vile social media posts. Meanwhile, we're also in federal appeals court fighting for a teacher's right to pray at the school flagpole.

Today we're in court defending our client, who was banned from holding a Bible study. If we lose, it could happen to you.

Hosting a Bible study isn't illegal – but banning one absolutely is.

These are the fights we MUST win, but our Supreme Court battles require immense resources. TODAY your gift to defend Bible studies and prayer at the Supreme Court will be DOUBLED through our 35 Years of Justice Drive. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled To Protect the Right To Pray.

We've taken on more than 109 religious liberty cases this year. We see what the Left is doing – and we need you to join us in the fight.
