SIGN THE PETITION
Dear John,

They’re trying to silence you before the ink is even dry.

Just three days after the One Big Beautiful Bill was signed into law, passed by the House, passed by the Senate, and signed by the President, a Biden-appointed judge blocked it.

Planned Parenthood filed suit and rushed to reclaim the taxpayer funding Congress had lawfully cut off.

The court claimed it was preserving the status quo. But that status quo is exactly what Congress acted to correct: an abusive stream of public dollars flowing to abortion-affiliated organizations.

We are putting the judiciary on notice. The people have spoken. Congress has acted. The conscience rights of American taxpayers must not be ignored.

This is judicial tyranny. Federal judges are acting unilaterally to protect the abortion lobby by defying the will of the people and the structure of our government.

We cannot stay silent.

The courts are moving fast. If we don’t respond, Planned Parenthood will continue receiving your tax dollars under so called “status quo” indefinintley using it to end innocent lives.

The moment to step in and stop this judicial overreach won’t last.

We need your voice on the official legal record now. This is how we defend the integrity of our constitutional system and stop the abortion lobby from hijacking it.

Join the citizens’ amicus brief urging the U.S. District Court to uphold the law and reject Planned Parenthood’s attempt to reseize taxpayer dollars.

Congress holds the constitutional authority to decide how federal tax dollars are spent. That is not a suggestion. It’s their responsibility under law.

They listened to the will of the American people, a clear majority who reject the moral horror of taxpayer-funded abortion.

Our elected representatives passed the One Big Beautiful Bill. The President signed it into law.

Now, a single Biden-appointed judge is trying to erase all of it, bending the rule of law to appease Planned Parenthood.

This is not justice. This is judicial activism in broad daylight.

The abortion lobby wants every American household to help fund the destruction of innocent life. They call it health care. They call it essential.

But abortion ends a life. It is neither health care nor a public good.

In every other industry, success depends on support from real people, not government handouts or forced subsidies.

Planned Parenthood should be no exception.

No more special treatment. No more moral coercion.

You should never be forced to underwrite something your conscience rejects and your representatives rightly outlawed.

Stand with thousands sign the citizens’ amicus brief demanding the court uphold the law and block Planned Parenthood from retaining taxpayer funds.

Here's why your signature matters so much right now:

Our petition isn't just symbolic; it's a powerful formal amicus brief submitted directly to the courtroom.

This is why we need an amicus brief.

On July 11, 2025, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani blocked enforcement of Section 71113, the key defunding provision in the newly signed law (OBBB).

That section banned Medicaid reimbursements to abortion-affiliated organizations that:

Are 501(c)(3) nonprofits,

Are essential community providers under federal law,

Provided abortions in 2023 (except in rare exceptions), and

Received over $800,000 in Medicaid reimbursements that year.

Planned Parenthood qualified on every count. So did several of its affiliates.

The law also covered affiliates of abortion providers, which widened the ban to groups that claim not to provide abortions but remain tied to those that do.

The court called this unconstitutional. The judge ruled that Planned Parenthood has a First Amendment right of association, and blocking funding from affiliates, even if they don’t perform abortions, could violate that right.

The judge also raised Fifth Amendment concerns, arguing that the language in the law might be “too vague” to enforce fairly. She claimed it wasn’t clear enough how organizations could disassociate from the abortion industry to avoid losing taxpayer money.

And in the name of “preserving the status quo,” the court ordered the government to resume all Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood immediately, just three days after the law went into effect.

The “status quo” is Planned Parenthood receiving hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars while elected lawmakers are ignored.

The court may call it emergency relief.

We know it is judicial abuse.

And we are putting it on record.

When you sign, the judge will see your name as a citizen demanding that our constitutional republic be respected.

You're forcing the powerful to hear our voices, not silence us into a corner.

And you're telling Congress loud and clear, when you do the right thing, "We've got your back."

Together, we remind our representatives that courage is rewarded and their brave actions are supported.

If we delay today, our opportunity to stop taxpayer funding of abortion will vanish.

Public momentum depends on us acting.

Now.

Before Planned Parenthood rewrites the law behind closed courtroom doors.

Let’s be brutally honest with ourselves. Conservatives are notoriously quiet, gracious, and politically passive.

Which is how we got into this mess to begin with.

But you are not that type of conservative. That is why America is counting on you to take action immediately.

We stand for life. We stand for our constitutional republic. And we stand against activist judges who force taxpayers to fund the killing of innocent children.

It's not too late yet, but we're running out of time fast.

We're mobilizing thousands, but we urgently need your voice too, to make an undeniable, powerful impression.

Join the Citizens’ Amicus Brief. Stop the abortion lobby. Rein in the courts. Restore the rule of law. End taxpayer-funded abortion.
